1. Introduction and status of this draft
These Terms are a professional working draft prepared for business and legal review. They do not replace a final agreement approved by Riyale Tech Solutions and its legal counsel.
A final published version should identify the contracting entity, eligible users, order documents and any plan-specific terms.
2. Use of the service
The service is intended for lawful professional legal-practice management. Users should maintain accurate account information and use the platform consistently with professional duties and applicable law.
A firm remains responsible for its legal work, professional judgement and the permissions it grants to its users and clients.
3. Accounts and authorised users
Each user should have an individual account. Credentials must not be shared, and administrators should promptly remove access that is no longer required.
The subscribing practice is responsible for actions taken through accounts it authorises, subject to the final agreed terms.
4. Client and matter data
The practice retains its rights in information it submits. Riyale may process that information only to provide, secure, support and improve the service as described in the final agreement and privacy documents.
Confidential legal information should be uploaded and shared only by authorised persons.
5. Fees, subscriptions and changes
The self-service offer is UGX 200,000 per month, with no setup fee or annual commitment and a 30-day free trial. Payment details are not required to start the trial.
Existing customer agreements are unchanged. Tax, transaction-charge and refund terms remain subject to the applicable approved agreement; no automatic refund is promised.
6. Availability, support and liability
Support arrangements and any service levels depend on the agreed plan. No uptime guarantee or service credit is promised on this draft page.
Limitations of liability, warranties, indemnities, governing law and dispute resolution require legal approval before publication as binding terms.
