A single matter usually lives in six places.
The court portal has the dates. The diary has some of them. The paper file has the pleadings, the chat group has the instructions and the receipt book has the money. When someone is away, nobody has the full picture.
Riyale keeps all of it in one client file that your whole team can open.
ECCMIS updates, filed for you.
Riyale checks your ECCMIS cases through the day. New hearing dates go into the diary, rulings and pleadings are saved to the file, and court fees appear in accounts. Nobody types anything twice.
- A client file opens for every new case
- Judicial officers and registrars shown by full name
- Keeps working when ECCMIS is down, and catches up after
Know what is in court before you leave home.
Every hearing, mention and deadline for the firm in one diary, with the court and the room. Email reminders go out the day before and an hour before.
- See who is in which court today
- Tasks with an owner and a due date
- Approvals for requisitions and fee notes
The whole matter on one screen.
Open a file and see the parties, the bench, every sitting and filing in order, the documents and what the client owes. Applications and appeals sit under the main suit.
- Court and non-court matters
- Documents preview on any phone

Built in Kampala, for practice before Uganda’s courts.
We work alongside advocates, court clerks and accounts staff. Riyale follows the way Ugandan courts and firms actually work, and when you call, you speak to the people who build it.

Does Riyale replace ECCMIS?
No. You keep using ECCMIS to file with the court. Riyale reads your ECCMIS cases for you and keeps them in client files, together with everything else the firm does on the matter: the diary, documents, tasks, fee notes and receipts.
What do I need to start?
An email address and your firm’s ECCMIS login. Sign-up takes about two minutes. There is no card to enter and nothing to install.
What happens after the 30 free days?
The plan is UGX 200,000 a month for the whole firm. You can pay by bank transfer or MTN Mobile Money from inside Riyale. If you decide not to continue, your records are kept and nothing is deleted.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Riyale works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Many advocates check Today on the way to court.
Can a solo advocate use it?
Yes. The same plan works for one advocate or a whole firm. Add colleagues whenever you are ready.
Can we manage work that is not in court?
Yes. Contracts, advice, company secretarial work, employment matters and debt recovery all get their own client files.
Who can see our clients’ information?
Only the people in your firm you give access to, and only what their role allows. Every firm’s data is kept separate, and important actions are recorded in an activity history.
Will you help us move our existing files?
Yes. Our team in Kampala can help bring across your client list, open matters and documents, and train your staff.
