1. Lawful professional use
Use Riyale only for lawful practice management and authorised professional work. Do not use the service to violate another person’s rights or professional confidentiality.
2. Security and access
Do not probe, bypass or interfere with security controls; share credentials; introduce malicious code; or attempt to access another firm’s information.
3. Content and communications
Do not upload unlawful content or use communication features for spam, harassment or deceptive messages. The firm is responsible for its recipients and communication permissions.
4. Response
Riyale may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action under the final approved agreement. Urgent security concerns should be reported through the Responsible Disclosure page.
