Subscription & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly price and trial

UGX 200,000 per month. No setup fee. No annual commitment. New firms receive one 30-day free trial, with no payment details required at registration.

2. Renewal

Months are counted from the firm’s own renewal day, which is the day its free trial ends. One confirmed monthly payment extends access to the next renewal day, even when the payment is made late; a payment made after access has ended reopens the firm until the renewal day of the month it is paid in. The sidebar and the sign-in page show the time left and the end date in Kampala time.

Choosing a payment method is not permission for automatic collection. Only available payment methods can be used; a pending payment is not a confirmed renewal.

3. Stopping renewal

An authorised owner can stop renewal in Subscription without shortening already paid access. There is no remaining annual balance or cancellation penalty. No automatic refund promise is made.

4. Records and expired access

Stopping renewal does not delete firm records or receipts. When access ends, nobody in the firm can sign in until a payment is confirmed. Records are kept and nothing is deleted. While access has ended, ECCMIS updates are paused and no emails are sent; after renewal the firm’s court records are brought up to date and changes are sent in one summary.

Any separate retention or deletion policy and applicable tax, transaction-charge or refund terms remain governed by the approved customer agreement. Existing customers keep their existing agreements.
