Cookie Policy
Professional draft describing website cookies and local preferences.
This page is a working draft under review. It is not a final signed agreement. Questions: sales@riyaletechsolutions.com.
1. Essential technology
Riyale uses security, session, language and preference storage necessary for the website and application to function. When a partner referral link is used, a time-limited first-party attribution cookie preserves the referral code and a random visitor identifier across Riyale Legal Suite subdomains.
2. Anonymous usage counts
Anonymous daily activity counters run automatically without analytics cookies, local storage or person-level identifiers. Only allowlisted screen, event, source and launch-campaign categories are counted. They do not track individual visitors, join visits to contacts, or send data to Google or Meta. Routine infrastructure/security logs are separate from these aggregate counters.
There is no measurement popup or bottom notice. A compact choice near signup or enquiry actions offers Allow, Not now and Preferences, and disappears once both categories have been chosen. Optional Google Analytics, identifiable first-party journey measurement and Meta advertising measurement remain separately controlled in Cookie Preferences, available from the website footer.
3. Website and product-journey analytics
With website and journey analytics permission, Riyale records referral visits, pages, sessions, form-start events, browser and device category, language, timezone and general location to show the journey from referral to lead, trial and conversion.
Riyale also records consented page categories and campaign sources for its own growth dashboard. The riyale_journey cookie lasts up to 90 days and applies across Riyale Legal Suite subdomains. If enabled by the platform, Google Analytics uses its own cookies on the public website only. Essential account and support activity remains separate from optional visit measurement.
First-party analytics does not create canvas or cross-site advertising fingerprints. IP addresses and complete user-agent strings are hashed, and contact details are not revealed to a partner unless the visitor separately agrees to partner follow-up in a submitted form.
4. Advertising measurement
With separate advertising measurement permission, Meta measures ad effectiveness and completed signups or submitted demo requests. Browser and server events may include IP address, browser details, advertising click and browser identifiers, anonymous event identifiers and generic page or outcome categories. Contact details, form fields, private legal content, ECCMIS data and Google or Microsoft account data are excluded.
Meta browser code runs only in an isolated measurement frame on the public website hostname. It is not loaded into the private legal workspace, and no private application URLs or record identifiers are sent to Meta. Browser storage used for advertising click attribution lasts up to 90 days across Riyale Legal Suite subdomains.
The riyale_ads_consent and riyale_ads_version cookies remember your advertising choice for up to one year. The existing riyale_analytics_consent and riyale_analytics_version cookies remember your separate analytics choice. Each optional category can be chosen independently in Cookie Preferences, available from the website footer.
5. Managing preferences
Use the Cookie Preferences page to review or reset website choices. Browser settings may also clear stored preferences.
6. Updates and contact
This draft should be updated when cookie use changes. Questions may be sent to sales@riyaletechsolutions.com.
