Responsible Disclosure Policy
How to report a suspected Riyale security issue responsibly.

1. Report a concern
Send a clear description to sales@riyaletechsolutions.com with “Security report” in the subject. Include the affected area, steps to reproduce and potential impact without including unnecessary client data.
2. Protect users and data
Do not access, alter, download or disclose information that does not belong to you. Stop testing if you encounter confidential data, service disruption or a risk to another user.
3. Activities to avoid
Do not use social engineering, denial-of-service testing, physical attacks, destructive techniques or automated activity that could degrade the service.
4. Our response
Riyale will acknowledge and assess credible reports through its approved incident process. Response targets and safe-harbour language require final business and legal approval.
