Do I need a card to start?
No. The first 30 days are free and you do not enter any payment details.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or MTN Mobile Money. The payment details are shown inside Riyale. Add the reference or a photo of the receipt, and our team confirms it.
When is my renewal day?
The day your free trial ends. Each payment runs to the same day the next month, even if you pay a few days late, so your renewal day never drifts.
Can I pay for several months at once?
Yes, you can pay for up to twelve months in one go.
What happens if we do not renew?
Access pauses at the end of your month. Nothing is deleted. When you pay, access reopens straight away, and you are not charged for the months you were away.
